We've improved our pre-book journey

We've made some major improvements to our Pre-book website for city car parks, so that it's easier for you to book with us online.

This handy guide should answer any questions you may have about making bookings and accessing your account. Use the links below to find out more.

What has changed on the city pre-booking website?

To ensure your experience is as simple as possible, we’ve introduced a new website design and a simpler online booking process.

If you’ve pre-booked parking with us before, we’ve moved your account along with historical and current bookings to the new website.

If you’ve only ever pre-booked a city car park with us previously, you’ll need to set up a new password to access your account.

Why hasn’t the airport pre-book website been changed?

We made improvements to the airport pre-book website last year. The recent changes bring the city pre-book website into line with the airport site, so you experience the same booking process for all our car parks.

Why do I need to set up a new password to access my account?

The improvements we’ve made affected all our customers who have only pre-booked city car parks in the past. We had to move your account details to the new website as part of the improvements. For security reasons and to protect confidential information we didn’t transfer your password information.

As a result, to access your account you’ll need to set up a new password.  If you need to do this, we’ve emailed you details of what steps to take, so please check your inbox.

If you’ve booked an airport car park in the past with us, then your account did not need to be moved, and you don’t need to set up a new password. You can book in the same way, with the same details as you did before.

I have booked airport and city car locations with you previously – can I see all the bookings in the same account?

Yes, you’ll be able to see all bookings in the same account now.

​I have an existing airport and/or city booking. Will this be affected by these changes?

No, your existing bookings will be unaffected by our changes.

I already have an account with you, and I want to make a new booking for an airport and/or a city location, what do I need to do?

  • If you’ve previously only ever pre-booked a city car park with us, you’ll need to create a new password so you can login to your account. Find out how.
  • If you’ve previously pre-booked an airport car park with us, you can continue to use your existing password when you log into your account.

How do I set up a new password on my account?

You can access your account via the ‘login to my account’ link or via the ‘customer login’ link at the bottom of our homepage

  • Select ‘go to my account’ button for pre-book
  • On the next page please select the ‘pre-book city login’ button
  • On the next page select the ‘forgotten my password’ link
  • Enter your email address and select the reset password button
  • You’ll be sent an email with a link to the password reset page where you can set up your new password for your account

I have previously pre-booked airport parking but can’t access my account. What should I do?

If you’ve booked airport parking with us before, your account details and password haven’t been changed as a result of the recent improvements made. We recommend resetting your password using the following steps:

  • You can access your account via the ‘Login to my account’ link or via the ‘customer login’ link in the footer of our homepage
  • Select ‘go to my account’ button for pre-book
  • On the next page please select the ‘Pre-book city login’ button
  • On the next page select the ‘forgotten my password’ link
  • You’ll then be asked to enter your email address twice and press the send password button
  • You’ll be sent an email with a temporary password to use to log in with and you’ll be redirected to a password reset page where you can set up your new password for your account
