My PCN appeal has been rejected, what can I do next?

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this needs to be taken further. With the response you received from us regarding your PCN, you’ll also see we’ve outlined routes you can take to appeal further if you feel you need to. We work in conjunction with the British Parking Association (BPA) and if we have declined an appeal your next step would be to appeal to Parking on Private Land Appeals (POPLA)
