Refund Request - ParkPass / NCP App

If you have paid using our ParkPass / NCP App and require a refund (E.g. your payment has been taken twice), please complete all fields in the form and we will aim to review your application within 14 working days.

PLEASE NOTE – If you have already submitted a receipt or refund request, please don’t submit a duplicate form. This may delay the processing of your receipt or refund.

Please ensure the transaction has been debited from your account as we are unable to process refunds on 'pending' transactions.

We will respond to your request within 10 working days & provide you an update by email.

If a refund is processed funds will take 3 - 5 working days to appear in your account.
