Can I sign up and use the App once I enter the car park?
We have different technology in place across our car parks, including car parks which are barriered and barrierless. If the car park is a barrierless car park, you can sign up to the app once you enter the car park and click ‘Park Now’, selecting the tariff for your duration at the car park and your NCP app account will be charged accordingly. You can also extend your parking session at any time on the home screen page of the app. If the car park is a barriered car park then you will need to download the app and create an account beforehand, as you need to scan your account QR code upon entry. Please find our NCP app guide here.
