What should I do if my old corporate Season Ticket card doesn't work?

If you’re still using the old plastic card to access or car parks then please ensure you insert your card on every entry and exit, even if the barrier is already raised. If you're not in one of our car parks, the best way to let us know is to email [email protected].

If you're in a car park and you have problems, talk to one of our customer service colleagues or press the assistance button at a pay machine or barrier and we'll be able to help you.

Please remember, the plastic cards will be phased out by September 2024. Please contact your company administrator for further details.
