I'm trying to appeal a PCN but the option to appeal is not available?

You’ll have 28 days starting from the day after the date on the letter you received informing you of the Parking Charge Notice (PCN) to lodge an appeal with us. Once this time has been exceeded you won’t be able to access the appeal process.

If you’ve found a PCN on your vehicle, it can take up to 48 hours from the date you parked with us for a PCN to appear online. If you’ve tried to appeal or pay within this period and it hasn’t worked, please try again the following day.

ParkPass App Maintenance

On Friday 22 January from 20:00, we'll be carrying out some maintenance work on our ParkPass App online customer account portal and our ParkPass App which may take several hours to complete. During this time, some features of your online account and App might not work as expected, so we recommend not logging into your account or using the App if at all possible.

Any live parking sessions within the App could be affected while we’re making changes, so if you experience a problem please contact our Customer Services Team on 0345 050 7080 for assistance. Lines are open 24/7.
