What should I do if my Season Ticket card doesn't work?

You need to ensure you insert your card on every entry and exit, even if the barrier is already raised. If you're not in one of our car parks, the best way to let us know is to email [email protected]. Alternatively, you can complete our contact form below.

If you're in a car park and you have problems, talk to one of our customer service colleagues or press the assistance button at a pay machine or barrier and we'll be able to help you.

ParkPass App Maintenance

On Friday 22 January from 20:00, we'll be carrying out some maintenance work on our ParkPass App online customer account portal and our ParkPass App which may take several hours to complete. During this time, some features of your online account and App might not work as expected, so we recommend not logging into your account or using the App if at all possible.

Any live parking sessions within the App could be affected while we’re making changes, so if you experience a problem please contact our Customer Services Team on 0345 050 7080 for assistance. Lines are open 24/7.
