What happens if I lose my Season Ticket?
The best way to let us know you've lost your ticket is to contact us online through our Online Chat service here. Alternatively, you can call our Season Ticket team on 0345 050 7080 (option 2).
We'll organise a replacement Season Ticket for you. The first replacement is free, after which there is a fee of £5 plus VAT for each further replacement ticket. Unfortunately we wont be able to refund the cost of your parking whilst you're waiting for your replacement ticket.
