How do I download the NCP App and is it free?

The new App can be downloaded from Google Play or App Store and is available on devices with Android 5+ and iOS 14+ and for UK store users only. ParkPass accouunt holders will be able to log in with their previous crredentials and be able to access all the features with ease. 

If your existing ParkPass credentials are not working, we would recommend either attempting a password reset or creating a new account.
