How do I appeal against my parking charge notice (PCN)?

If you feel that your PCN shouldn't have been issued, then you can appeal online or via post following the instructions provided on the notice itself. 

On receipt of your appeal, we will respond in full within 28 days. Your notice will be placed on hold until a response is provided. Please do not assume your appeal has been successful, if you do not hear from us within 28 days then please contact us via [email protected].

We do not accept appeals via any method other than those outlined on the notice. Using the above email address as an appeals service does not place your notice on hold.

ParkPass App Maintenance

On Friday 22 January from 20:00, we'll be carrying out some maintenance work on our ParkPass App online customer account portal and our ParkPass App which may take several hours to complete. During this time, some features of your online account and App might not work as expected, so we recommend not logging into your account or using the App if at all possible.

Any live parking sessions within the App could be affected while we’re making changes, so if you experience a problem please contact our Customer Services Team on 0345 050 7080 for assistance. Lines are open 24/7.
