I am having issues with my account set up on the NCP App
We are sorry that you are experiencing problems with getting your account set up. Here are a selection of common set up problems we know our customers have come across and some hints and suggestions to consider:
Adding your vehicle registration number – please exclude any spaces so it is a full block of characters.
Adding banking information to your account – please ensure that the address which you have entered under the ‘Billing Address’ section is a precise match to the address which is registered to your bank account.
Cannot progress past the initial ‘Before you can park’ page – this is likely because your phone settings are set to a large font size, this is affecting your ability to view the whole page and progress with your account set up. Please adjust your font size to move forwards.
