Exit the M42 at junction 6 and join the A45 and just follow the signs to the airport. On arrival at the airport follow the signs to Valet Parking, which is located next to Car Park 3.
Getting to and from the terminal
Getting to the car park
Once you have parked your vehicle and filled your forms with us you will see signage information dotted around Valet Parking which will tell you what door you need to walk towards in order to check in for your flight.
Please follow the signs within the car park and take care when walking to the terminal as Valet Parking is next to two car parks which are very busy.
Getting back to the car park
You will see maps outside each of the terminal doors which will help you get back to Valet Parking. Or you can walk straight ahead on the pedestrian footpath alongside Car Park 1, which will take you straight to Valet Parking.

Exit the M42 at junction 6 and join the A45 and just follow the signs to the airport. On arrival at the airport follow the signs to Valet Parking, which is located next to Car Park 3.
Upon arrival
To enter, press for a ticket and park in an available bay. Head to the Valet Parking reception located in the same car park to deposit your keys. Our team will complete vehicle checks with you before you hand over your keys.
You don’t need to keep the ticket you’ve taken on entry for your return.
Leaving the car park
Please call us on 0121 781 6698 as soon as you’ve landed so we can ensure your vehicle is ready for you to collect. If you’re delayed, please let us know too.
When you exit the terminal building, please head to Valet Parking and go reception, located in the same car park. We’ll show you to your vehicle and hand your keys back to you. We’ll give you a new ticket to use at the exit barrier. If you experience any issues at the exit barrier, please press the button for assistance and our customer Contact Centre will help you.
When you exit the terminal building, make your way to the Valet Parking car park . Visit the Valet Parking Reception, where we will hand your vehicle and keys back to you.
