There are 30 bays set aside for blue badge holders. You will first need to go to the NCP customer service desk in the Premium Set Down Car Park, where you’ll be given a permit to display while you’re on your break.
Please remember to bring all the details from your confirmation email, including the reference number, as this allows us to process your permit more quickly.
Once you’ve got your permit, head to Car Park 1, where you will see signage for blue badge holders. All the Blue Badge spaces are conveniently located right next to the pedestrian exit at Car Park 1.
We are continually striving to improve your parking experience; for your convenience we have number plate recognition in operation at this car park. If you have pre-booked a space with us you no longer need to push for a ticket. Our cameras will read your number plate and issue a ticket automatically. However, if you haven’t provided us with your registration number at the point of booking we won’t be able to automatically recognise you on arrival.
If you experience difficulty and have pre-booked with us please don’t push the button for a ticket, just push the help button and a member of our customer services team will assist you. If you haven’t pre-booked your space press the button for a ticket at the entrance barrier, collect your ticket and find a space to park.
Leaving the car park
If you have pre-booked your space with us drive to the exit barrier and insert your ticket for your parking to be validated. Once validated, the barrier will raise. If the barrier doesn't raise, please press the assistance button
None pre-book customers
If you did not pre-book your space with us, please take the ticket you collected at the entry barrier to one of our payment machines, insert your ticket and we’ll work out how much your parking is. You can pay using cash, credit or debit card. On arrival at the exit barrier please insert your ticket and the barrier will raise allowing you to leave.
