Our city parking pre-book journey was upgraded on 13 September 2017. If you haven't logged into your city pre-book account since 13 September 2017, you'll need to 'reset your password?' to access your account and make new bookings.
If you hold both a city and airport pre-book account, these have now been combined under one account and you can log in using your existing email and password registered to your airport pre-book account.
There are no changes for customers with an airport pre-book account only.
