Is Autopay working?
Unfortunately, autopay is currently unavailable due to maintenance. There are however a few ways to pay for your parking such as:
- 'Park Now' via the NCP App, to download click here - NCP App.
- Pay machine/s on site.
- Pay Later.
- Buy a Season Ticket.
How do I pay for parking?
You can either pay via the NCP app on arrival, on the pay machine before exit, or within 72 hours via our PayLater service.
Forgot to pay on arrival…
Payment is to be made on arrival via the app, however, if you forget to pay you can make payment via the NCP app if it is paid before exiting the car park. It is not possible to backdate your parking session, but if the payment covers the total duration of parking this is fine. You can also pay upon returning to the car park to collect your vehicle via one of the pay machines on site (please make sure payment made covers the duration of your stay).
How can I get a receipt?
A receipt can be requested on the machine after paying, if paying on the NCP app a receipt is sent via email once paid. You can also request a receipt.
How does the early bird work?
Our Early Bird price is only available when you park and pay via the NCP app by 09.00 for a stay up until 23:59 on the same day. If paying on the machine the normal tariff will apply.

Pedestrian Exits: Staircase C leads to Fazackerly st. Staircase F leads to Old Hall st. Staircase G leads to Strand/Docks.
Disabled bays: Situated on Level 3
Paystations: Can be found at the main entrance and staircase G/p>
