The NCP App keeps giving me a ‘Session timing out’ message?

In regards to using our NCP app and the timing out issue, the session timing out message you are seeing is due to integration issues with your actual mobile phone clock/time settings. The sessions on our app integrate with the clock setting to ensure the appropriate tariffs are available for selection at the correct time, and thereafter ‘count down’ on the main screen to the end of the parking session.

 

Therefore, please ensure the following is set correctly:

iOS

Settings -> General -> Date & Time -> 24-Hour Time – set to green tab
Set Automatically – set to green tab
Time Zone – London

Android

Open your phone's Clock app .
Tap More Settings. Change date and time.
Tap Use 24-hour format.
