As a result of the red weather alert and heavy snow, travel to and from Edinburgh Airport is being impacted.
We wanted to let you know your options around cancelling or amending your booking at our NCP Edinburgh Scotpark car park if required.
If your booking is due to arrive or exit today or Friday 2 March 2018, you can amend or rebook on both flexible and non flexible products. Please login into your account to amend or cancel your flexible bookings. If this is not possible, email us at [email protected] with your booking ref and contact details for us to cancel and rebook with you.
If your booking was due to arrive or exit on Wednesday 28 February 2018 and you’re impacted by cancelled or delayed flights, we’ll waive any overstay charges or refund your booking if you can provide evidence to demonstrate this.
If your booking is affected for a longer period of time due to the snow and you’re unable to contact us via email, please use the intercom at the pay stations for assistance on arrival at the car park.
