Cardiff Airport parking important information

Unfortunately, we no longer take bookings for Cardiff Airport.

We’re sorry we can’t book your space for Cardiff airport right now, but we’re working with our suppliers to get Pre-book available for Cardiff Airport again soon.

If you’ve an existing booking for Cardiff airport don’t worry. Your space is still reserved and your booking still valid.

Frequently asked questions

Why can’t I Pre-book at Cardiff Airport?

Unfortunately our agreement with Cardiff Airport ended Wednesday 31 January 2018, so we’re no longer able to take bookings at any Cardiff Airport locations.

 

Does this apply to all car parks at Cardiff Airport?

Yes, this’ll affect all car parks at the airport. That includes the short stay and all three long stay car parks.

 

I have a booking with NCP and I’m due to arrive or exit on/before/after Wednesday 31 January 2018, will this affect my booking?

No, all bookings are still valid and have not been cancelled.

If your car is already parked please exit as normal. If you are due to arrive, follow the instructions in your booking email.

I have an existing booking for Cardiff Airport (booked through NCP.co.uk) that I need to cancel, what do I do?

All bookings made via ncp.co.uk can be cancelled by logging into your account and selecting the ‘View or amend booking(s)’ menu option.  Any refunds due to you will be paid within 4-5 days of approval if your booking type allows. Any non-flexible bookings will not be refunded.

 

I have an existing booking for Cardiff Airport (booked through NCP.co.uk) that I need to amend, what do I do?

If your booking is non-flexible (Supersaver) you won’t be able to make amends to your booking.

If you’ve got a flexible booking and you need to amend the time, date, car registration or car park  with us please contact our customer contact centre on 0345 050 7080 and one of our advisors will help you with your booking.  

Alternatively you can email [email protected] and we will respond within 5 working days.

Details of your booking and whether it is flexible or non-flexible can be found in your confirmation email.

 

Do you have any other car parks in the area?

Unfortunately we do not have any other locations close to the airport. Our nearest car parks are located in Cardiff city centre.

 

When will I be able to Pre-book a space with NCP at Cardiff Airport again?

We can’t confirm a date at this point. We’re reviewing our agreement with Cardiff Airport and will update customers once we have more information.
