Directions
Our address
The new Drop Off car park is located next to Car Park 5. You can get there from the main approach road to the terminal at Airport Way. You can also use our free shuttle bus at Car Park 5, which will take you from the car park to the terminal at your convenience.
Blue badge holders
We have disabled bays located in the new Drop Off car park. Signs for disabled parking are clearly sign posted.
Picking up passengers instead of dropping off?
If you need to pick up passengers then please use Car Park 1, 2 or 3 as the 10 minutes free Drop Off facility may not provide enough time and you may get charged. Car park 1, 2 and 3 are only a 3 minute walk away from the terminal and you can use the car park for £9.50 within the hour.
Important information
Upon arrival
Stays of up to 10 minutes in this car park are free, making it ideal for dropping off passengers flying from Birmingham Airport. Stays of over 10 minutes are charged at the standard tariff rate, which you’ll see displayed at the car park entrance.
Customers returning before the hour is up won’t benefit from the 10 minutes free parking.
This car park is operated using Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology, where upon arrival, cameras at the entrance of the car park will read your registration number, and you may park your car in any available bay. Please note you will require your registration number to pay for your stay.
Leaving the car park
If you exceed the 10 minutes free parking, you’ll need to make payment within 24 hours of exit from the car park.
The easiest way to ensure that you have done this, is to register for an AutoPay account before visiting the car park. However, we understand that this isn’t always possible, therefore we have introduced a number of ways you can pay for the charge to avoid being issued a Parking Charge (PC).
Pay at home online via Post Pay
Choose this option is you do not have an AutoPay account with NCP and have already used this car park. Payment must be made via Post Pay within 24 hours of exit from the car park.
