Birmingham Airport Long Stay Car Park 1 is located to the south of Terminal 2.
You can walk to the terminal buildings, or jump on one of the regular shuttle buses.
Please be aware that you have to stay at least two days at this car park.
When you arrive
To make your parking experience easier we now have number plate recognition. If you have pre-booked a space you no longer need to push for a ticket.
Our cameras will read your number plate and issue you a ticket automatically. However, if you haven’t given us your registration number as part of your booking, our system won’t be able to automatically recognise your booking.
Please don’t push the button for a ticket, push the help button and a member of our customer services team will assist you.If you’d like to add your registration number to your existing booking click here.
If you haven’t pre-booked your space simply press the button for a ticket at the entrance barrier, take the ticket and find a place to park.
When you get back
If you pre-booked your space then simply drive up to the exit barrier. The barrier will raise and you can leave the car park.
If you did not pre-book your space, please take the ticket you got at the entry barrier to one of our payment machines. Insert it into the machine and we will work out how much your parking is - you can pay using cash or with your credit or debit card.
Then simply return to your car and drive up to the exit barrier, which will rise when you insert your ticket and allow you to leave.

There’s no booking fee when you pay by debit card - if you pre-book by credit card you will be charged an extra £1.50.
Birmingham Airport Short/Medium Stay Car Parks are the most convenient place to park your car if you're taking a short trip or just visiting the airport.
Our Short/Medium Stay 2 & 3 car parks are just a two-to-four-minute walk from Terminal 2.
Our Short/Medium stay 1 car park is just a two-to-four-minute walk away from Terminal 1.

Use our official valet parking services and we guarantee that your car will be driven less than 200 yards – and be kept undercover, at the airport.
The valet welcome point is on the right as you drive into the Drop and Go car park, just a two-minute walk from the terminal buildings.

When you arrive
Please come to the official welcome point in the drop and go car park. We will inspect your car and then take it and park it for you.
When you get back
Your car will be waiting for you - simply go to our customer services desk at our drop and go area.
