Closure of NCP Heathrow T2/3 Flightpath car park from Monday 10 April

Unfortunately, NCP Heathrow T2/3 Flightpath car park will be closing from Friday 10 April until Tuesday 30 June 2020. We’re sorry for the short notice and hope the following information helps customers affected by the car park closure.

 

Currently parked at car park and due back before 30 June 2020

If you’re currently parked at NCP Heathrow T2/3 Flightpath car park, we’ll make arrangements to collect on you on your return as our transfer bus service won’t be in operation from Friday 10 April.  To get you back to the car park, please follow these steps:

  1. On arrival, collect your luggage from the baggage hall
  2. Once you have your luggage, call the NCP team on 07342 078408

We’ll arrange for a taxi to pick you up from arrivals and take you back to the car park. 

 

Customers with a current flexible product booking

If you’ve pre-booked parking on a flexible product, you can cancel and get a refund, or amend your booking online as part of the terms of the product you’ve booked. This can be completed online up to 2 hours before your arrival date into the car park. Login in now and cancel or amend once you’ve logged into your booking.

 

Customers with a current non-flexible product booking

If you’ve pre-booked a non-flexible standalone parking product, we can issue you with a promo code to the full value of your booking or a refund. Your promo code will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue, so plenty of time to redeem it.

How do I get my promo code?

To request your promo code or redund, please email us at [email protected] with your booking reference number and contact details and we’ll respond to you as soon as possible.

 

If you have pre-booked parking at NCP Heathrow T2/3 Flightpath through a 3rd party, you’ll need to make contact with the company you bought your parking through for further information on the options available to you.
