Parking for Brighton Pride

With Brighton known as ‘the gay capital of the UK', it should come as no surprise that the Brighton Pride celebrations are thought to be the most colourful, flamboyant and fabulous in the country. Held each August, the whole town erupts into a kaleidoscope of costumes, floats and a party atmosphere that puts Rio's Mari Gras to shame! Expect family events, dog shows, parties wherever you go and fantastic fireworks. A great way to support the LGBTQ community, it's a phenomenal day out.

Brighton Pride attracts thousands of celebrants, which can make car parking spaces hard to come by. If you want to enjoy the festival and be able to drive home at the end of it, our Brighton Centre Russel Road and Brighton Theatre car parks put you at the party's heart. Our Brighton Centre Russel Road car park is the closer, being around 15 minutes' walk from the parade's starting-line, while Brighton Theatre car park is around 25 minutes away. Book either car park in advance, and you can enjoy a range of benefits, including:
