Perched on top of an old volcano in the middle of one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, Edinburgh Castle is the most popular tourist attraction in Scotland. Around 1.2 million visitors visit each year to take in the formidable Royal and military history, impressive views and events including the world famous Military Tattoo.
