Thomas Cook update

Customers flying with Thomas Cook

Following the announcement that Thomas Cook has ceased trading, if you've got a booking at one of our car parks and were planning to fly in the coming days and weeks, you may want to cancel or amend your booking.

We’re currently dealing with a large number of customers who are travelling in the next few days so please avoid calling us or using our online chat service and follow the advice below regarding cancelling or amending your booking to get the quickest response.

1. Please check your booking details

a) If you have booked your parking directly with NCP for an NCP operated car park, please see the information in items 2 and 3 below and contact us directly.

b) If you have booked your parking with a third party for an NCP operated car park, please contact the third party you booked with. NCP can confirm you will not be charged for staying past your original booked exit time, but we can’t process refunds or make amendments for bookings made through third parties.

c) If you have booked your parking directly with NCP for an airport car park that is not operated by NCP, please contact that airport car park directly for confirmation on any additional charges you may incur. Most airports are not charging Thomas Cook customers for delays and returning back past your exit date and time, however NCP can’t override any charges as these car parks are not operated by NCP. If you pre-booked parking for an NCP car park through another website, you’ll need to make contact with the company you bought your parking through for further information

2. Flexible bookings

If you pre-booked parking on a Flexible product, you can cancel and get a refund, or amend your booking online as part of the terms of the product you’ve booked. Please visit the website you booked through, and cancel once you’ve logged into your booking.

If your Flexible booking is due to start within the next 72 hours, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line ‘Thomas Cook’ and details of whether you’d like to cancel or amend your booking. Alternatively, speak to us via our online web chat service, we're open between 8am and 8pm Monday to Sunday, or call us on 0345 050 7080 and select option 1. Please bear with us as our contact centre is experiencing a high volume of calls from customers, we’ll answer your call as quickly as possible

3. Non-flexible bookings

If you pre-booked parking on a Non-flexible product, please get in touch with us as follows:

  • Are you due to leave within 72 hours? Speak to us via our online web chat service, we're open between 8am and 8pm Monday to Sunday, or call us on 0345 050 7080 and select option 1. Please bear with us as our contact centre is experiencing a high volume of calls from customers, we’ll answer your call as quickly as possible
  • Are you due to leave in more than 72 hours? Please email us at [email protected] with the subject line ‘Thomas Cook’. Please include your parking booking details (booking number, and name booked under) along with the Thomas Cook flight number and date of your departure you’d booked.
