What is "Manage my booking"?

The manage my booking service lets you check and change some details for your booking. If you have a flexible booking, you can amend or cancel your booking online. If you have a non-flexible booking, changes are limited to your vehicle registration details. Changes need to be made a certain time before your booking time starts, but this varies by car park and operator. Please check your booking confirmation details for more information.

On Tuesday 19 November from 23:00, we'll be making changes to our Pre-book journey which will take around 11 hours to complete. Unfortunately, during this time you won’t be able to make any new booking(s).

Although all existing booking(s) won’t be affected, you won’t be able to amend or cancel while we’re making changes.
