How do I unsubscribe from NCP marketing emails?

You can ensure your details are removed from our mailing lists in the following ways:

  • If  you’ve received an email from us you can click unsubscribe on that email
  • You can send an email to [email protected] with the words 'remove from marketing database' in the subject line and the email address that you wish to be removed within the email.  Please note that it may take up to 7 days to action your request.
  • You can log onto the “Manage My Account” section of the NCP website and change your marketing preferences so that you no longer receive marketing emails from us

ParkPass App Maintenance

On Friday 22 January from 20:00, we'll be carrying out some maintenance work on our ParkPass App online customer account portal and our ParkPass App which may take several hours to complete. During this time, some features of your online account and App might not work as expected, so we recommend not logging into your account or using the App if at all possible.

Any live parking sessions within the App could be affected while we’re making changes, so if you experience a problem please contact our Customer Services Team on 0345 050 7080 for assistance. Lines are open 24/7.
