I want to amend the time/date of my booking, but it won't let me, why?

This is usually because you've either booked a non-flexible product or it's no longer possible to change the booking details because of the small time frame prior to you arriving onsite.


On Tuesday 19 November from 23:00, we'll be making changes to our Pre-book journey which will take around 11 hours to complete. Unfortunately, during this time you won’t be able to make any new booking(s).

Although all existing booking(s) won’t be affected, you won’t be able to amend or cancel while we’re making changes.
