How do I know which bay is mine when I pre-book?

Our regular pre-book product doesn't reserve a specific bay for you. You should park in any regular bay that is free. Our systems and/or staff will manage the overall capacity to ensure there is a bay for you, which is how we guarantee you a space. Where you have booked Premium Pre-book, Premium Event Parking, Advantage Parking or another form of pre-book that guarantees a premier space, please follow the instructions in your booking confirmation email and the signage onsite at the car park for directions on where to park.

ParkPass App Maintenance

On Friday 22 January from 20:00, we'll be carrying out some maintenance work on our ParkPass App online customer account portal and our ParkPass App which may take several hours to complete. During this time, some features of your online account and App might not work as expected, so we recommend not logging into your account or using the App if at all possible.

Any live parking sessions within the App could be affected while we’re making changes, so if you experience a problem please contact our Customer Services Team on 0345 050 7080 for assistance. Lines are open 24/7.
