How do I amend my booking?

You can amend a booking online in your pre-book account area. To amend, login to your account here and choose the relevant booking. From here you can search for new dates/times for your booking and proceed to the checkout to finish the amendment. Any price difference will be charged/refunded to or from your payment card. 

Certain product / booking types and car park types have restrictions around the ability to amend booking details. Find more information here.

ParkPass App Maintenance

On Friday 22 January from 20:00, we'll be carrying out some maintenance work on our ParkPass App online customer account portal and our ParkPass App which may take several hours to complete. During this time, some features of your online account and App might not work as expected, so we recommend not logging into your account or using the App if at all possible.

Any live parking sessions within the App could be affected while we’re making changes, so if you experience a problem please contact our Customer Services Team on 0345 050 7080 for assistance. Lines are open 24/7.
