My flight’s cancelled, what shall I do?

Firstly, check if your booking is refundable by logging into your account. If your booking is non-refundable, you may want to check your travel insurance and make a claim. We offer non-usage statements to provide to your travel insurer to help with any claim. On Tuesday 19 November from 23:00, we'll be making changes to our Pre-book journey which will take around 11 hours to complete. Unfortunately, during this time you won’t be able to make any new booking(s).

Although all existing booking(s) won’t be affected, you won’t be able to amend or cancel while we’re making changes.
