I keep getting the error message "Duplicate User" what does this mean?
This message means you already have an account with us. You'll need to sign in to your account by requesting a new password. You can do this with the following steps:
Enter your email address into the form and select 'Email me'. We'll then email you a link that you can use to reset your password.
Click on the 'Forgot my password' link in the email. From here you'll be able to reset your details. Enter the email address you registered with, select 'Email me' and we'll send you a link where you can access your account and set a new password.
