My confirmation email QR/barcode is not displaying, what do I do?

We use QR/barcodes in the confirmation emails for some of our car parks. These are used for entry and exit of the car park by scanning the code at the car park barrier. You can use a digital or a printed barcode.

If you find that your QR code isn't displaying on the confirmation email, look for an option in your email provider to 'display images' of the email as they may be hidden. You can also request a confirmation resend. Log in to your account and select 'manage your booking'. Choose the booking you need resent and select Resend confirmation.

ParkPass App Maintenance

On Friday 22 January from 20:00, we'll be carrying out some maintenance work on our ParkPass App online customer account portal and our ParkPass App which may take several hours to complete. During this time, some features of your online account and App might not work as expected, so we recommend not logging into your account or using the App if at all possible.

Any live parking sessions within the App could be affected while we’re making changes, so if you experience a problem please contact our Customer Services Team on 0345 050 7080 for assistance. Lines are open 24/7.
