I can't pre-book at the site I want to. Why is this?

To find out if Pre-book is available at your preferred car park, visit the individual car park webpage using our 'Find a car park' service. If the 'Pre-book' button is greyed out, Pre-book is not offered at this site. For sites offering Pre-book, your search may still return an error. It may be that:

  • The car park is full on your selected dates/times
  • The car park is only available to pre-book at certain times/dates e.g. there may be black-out periods

ParkPass App Maintenance

On Friday 22 January from 20:00, we'll be carrying out some maintenance work on our ParkPass App online customer account portal and our ParkPass App which may take several hours to complete. During this time, some features of your online account and App might not work as expected, so we recommend not logging into your account or using the App if at all possible.

Any live parking sessions within the App could be affected while we’re making changes, so if you experience a problem please contact our Customer Services Team on 0345 050 7080 for assistance. Lines are open 24/7.
