Can I cancel my booking at short notice?

Cancelling a booking is dependent on the type of product booked and the car park type.

Booking / product type:

• Flexible bookings can be cancelled anytime after the booking is made, up to 2 hours before your booking arrival time (dependent on the car park type see below)
• Non-flexible bookings can only be cancelled up to 24 hours after the booking is made
• For most NCP operated car parks, you can cancel your booking up to 2 hours before your arrival time.
