How will I know that my booking has been confirmed?

We'll send you an email confirmation following your booking. This will confirm all the details of your booking, including a booking reference, so you can check that everything is ok.

If you didn't receive a booking confirmation email from us, please check your email provider spam/junk folder.

To re-send your booking confirmation, login into your Pre-book account here, find your booking and select the 'Re-send booking confirmation' option.
