Can I amend the vehicle registration number on my booking?

For most of our car parks, you can amend your personal details up to 2 hours before you're due to park with us. This can be done by logging into your account here and going to the account management area.

However, there are some exceptions for Pay and Display car parks and other operators car parks. If there isn't enough time to make changes before the start of your booking, please press for assistance at the entry barrier of our car park.

For Pay & Display car parks with no assistance button, you may receive a parking charge notice. Youll need to appeal this, and further information can be found here.

ParkPass App Maintenance

On Friday 22 January from 20:00, we'll be carrying out some maintenance work on our ParkPass App online customer account portal and our ParkPass App which may take several hours to complete. During this time, some features of your online account and App might not work as expected, so we recommend not logging into your account or using the App if at all possible.

Any live parking sessions within the App could be affected while we’re making changes, so if you experience a problem please contact our Customer Services Team on 0345 050 7080 for assistance. Lines are open 24/7.
