I have a PCN but can't locate it online with the vehicle registration and reference number?

Parking Charge Notices should be available to view within 48 hours of being issued. Please check the PCN reference number starts with either a CP, PC, LU or 'ZP' prefix, and enter the full PCN reference number online, along with the vehicle registration mark of the vehicle which was issued the PCN.
