I've used the pay by mobile service for my parking, but I've received a Parking Charge Notice (PCN). What should I do?

On Tuesday 19 November from 23:00, we'll be making changes to our Pre-book journey which will take around 11 hours to complete. Unfortunately, during this time you won’t be able to make any new booking(s).

Although all existing booking(s) won’t be affected, you won’t be able to amend or cancel while we’re making changes.
