I have been unable to make a payment and now I've received a PCN, what can I do about this?

You'll need to pay or appeal your PCN if you think it has been unfairly issued. You can do this on our website here or by following the advice on the PCN you've received.

On Tuesday 19 November from 23:00, we'll be making changes to our Pre-book journey which will take around 11 hours to complete. Unfortunately, during this time you won’t be able to make any new booking(s).

Although all existing booking(s) won’t be affected, you won’t be able to amend or cancel while we’re making changes.
