How do I pay for my parking using my mobile phone?
Our pay by mobile services make paying for your parking easier.
These involve payment in advance of your parking session, after you’ve arrived at the car park.
There are a variety of payment methods depending on the service provider you use e.g. pay using an app, SMS, phone call.
We’ve different options depending on where you choose to park:
- PayByPhone: Widely available at our Pay and Display car parks. Visit PayByPhone for more info and to register
- Dash parking: Available at all Transport for Wales and Greater Anglia rail car parks. You’ll need a Dash Account to use the service
- ParkandTube: For all London Underground car parks, you’ll need a ParkandTube account
- RingGo: For many other Pay and Display car parks you can use a RingGo Account
Paying by mobile is easy. Once you've parked at the car park check the pay machine or other signs for the sticker that displays the Location Code - the unique number of your car park. Then call the telephone number displayed on the sticker. If this is the first time using the system, the automated service will help you to set up your account – if required - and take payment.
If you’re a returning customer then you’ll just be making a payment using your account – if set up - and the method of your choice e.g. payment via an app.
If you’ve requested it, you’ll receive a text message letting you know when you are about to run out of parking credit. You can top up your parking credit from your mobile should you need more time – there’s no need to return to your car.
Pay by mobile payments are not pre-book services and they do not guarantee your space in the car park.
