Why are you launching a new mobile payment service?

Our new mobile payment service is ‘PayByPhone’, a multinational organisation who are providing an enhanced and consistent customer payment experience across more of our car parks than our existing supplier. This launch is part of our ongoing aim to provide you with an improved parking experience.

Our new ParkPass App is a quick and simple way to park and pay. It has no convenience charges and allows you to pay for your parking in over 250 locations, including 120 Pay and Display car parks nationwide. Plus when you register you can enjoy 10% off your first months parking. Register here.

ParkPass App Maintenance

On Friday 22 January from 20:00, we'll be carrying out some maintenance work on our ParkPass App online customer account portal and our ParkPass App which may take several hours to complete. During this time, some features of your online account and App might not work as expected, so we recommend not logging into your account or using the App if at all possible.

Any live parking sessions within the App could be affected while we’re making changes, so if you experience a problem please contact our Customer Services Team on 0345 050 7080 for assistance. Lines are open 24/7.
