Does mobile payment guarantee my parking space?

Paying by mobile is one of a range of payment methods we offer but it does not guarantee you a space in the car park.

If you want to guarantee a space, you can use our Pre-book product which we offer at a number of our car parks. You can check which offer Pre-book on our website by searching for your car park. The payment methods for pre-booking are by credit and debit cards, not pay by mobile.

ParkPass App Maintenance

On Friday 22 January from 20:00, we'll be carrying out some maintenance work on our ParkPass App online customer account portal and our ParkPass App which may take several hours to complete. During this time, some features of your online account and App might not work as expected, so we recommend not logging into your account or using the App if at all possible.

Any live parking sessions within the App could be affected while we’re making changes, so if you experience a problem please contact our Customer Services Team on 0345 050 7080 for assistance. Lines are open 24/7.
