Why is my SaverID not yet added to the app system?

We’ve just released a new version of the app which contains the SaverID functionality. We wanted to let you know that we’re now working on adding all the SaverID’s to the app system and yours is in the queue. We’re adding these on a frequent basis and we’ll write to you when yours has been added.

ParkPass App Maintenance

On Friday 22 January from 20:00, we'll be carrying out some maintenance work on our ParkPass App online customer account portal and our ParkPass App which may take several hours to complete. During this time, some features of your online account and App might not work as expected, so we recommend not logging into your account or using the App if at all possible.

Any live parking sessions within the App could be affected while we’re making changes, so if you experience a problem please contact our Customer Services Team on 0345 050 7080 for assistance. Lines are open 24/7.
