ParkPass App Technical Issue

The good news is that we’ve been able to fix the main technical issue which caused the app to crash when customers have tried to pay for parking at our Pay & Display car parks.

Customers can resume using the app to pay for their parking at Pay & Display car parks and should not experience a problem. We’re aware of some other intermittent issues related to the original problem and some customers may experience an issue when trying to use and access other parts of the app. If you experience an issue, please try again. 

We’re working hard to fix the intermittent issue as quickly as possible and are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We’ll update this page with information when this issue is resolved in due course.
