Nottingham City car park incident

Partial re-opening of NCP Nottingham City car park planned for mid December

Please find enclosed an update on the current status at our Nottingham City car park. We're sorry for the continuing inconvenience the car park closure is causing our customers. We're working closely with all relevant external parties including structural engineers and the Health and Safety Executive, to ensure that we're doing everything to make our car park ready for re-opening.

Whilst the car park is empty, we're taking the opportunity to carry out wide reaching structural and operational improvements. Our intention is to prepare clean and designated areas for customers to park in as soon as it is safe and appropriate to do so. The safety of everyone visiting and working at the car park is our utmost priority.  We will therefore need to take whatever time is necessary to complete the work needed. Currently, we've been advised that we should be able to re-open the car park in a phased re-occupation commencing from mid-December.

In the meantime, we ask all customers to please make use of our other city centre locations listed below. If you’re a season ticket holder, you're able to use your season ticket at any of our Nottingham city centre car parks :

St James Street NG1 6LF

Huntingdon Street NG3 1FG

Stoney Street NG1 1LS

Maid Marian Way NG1 6AE

Please be assured, we're working hard to get the car park re-opened and will contact you again once the car park reopening date is confirmed.  If you need further assistance regarding this information or you’re a Season Ticket holder and parking at one of our car parks isn’t convenient for you, please call our  Customer Services team on 0345 0507080 to discuss your individual needs.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
