What happens if my card doesn't arrive within the stated 6 days?

We use Royal Mail First Class delivery to send your card and therefore rely on their service levels. If there are no Royal Mail delivery issues and you have still not received your card after 6 days, log in to your account, visit the ‘Account’ section and select ‘Replacement Cards’ in the menu.


Please note we’re experiencing a delay in card delivery currently. It will take up to 10 working days for you to receive your card after you’ve registered. We’re sorry for any inconvenience.
