Why are you closing the ParkPass Card accounts?

We now have a ParkPass App which does all the card did for you, and more. The app will also allow us to create more dynamic promotions and partnerships in the future to provide even better value for you.

I'm an existing ParkPass customer using a ParkPass Card, can I login with my existing details?

No, you'll need to create a new account on the ParkPass App.

 

I'm an existing ParkPass customer using a ParkPass Card, how do I login to the ParkPass App?

  1. Download the ParkPass App. Search for 'NCP ParkPass' on App or Google Play Store
  2. Open the app Select Registration - Do not select Login as you must create a new account on the ParkPass App
  3. Enter your personal details, password and vehicle registration
  4. Enter your Saver ID during registration if you have one 
  5. Enter your payment details
  6. Select Register

How do I register for a ParkPass App account if I already use a ParkPass Card and have an existing account?

You need to register a new account on the ParkPass App.

  1. Download the ParkPass App. Search for 'NCP ParkPass' on App or Google Play Store
  2. Open the app Select Registration - Do not select Login as you must create a new account on the ParkPass App
  3. Enter your personal details, password and vehicle registration
  4. Enter your Saver ID during registration if you have one

I've an existing ParkPass Card account, if I register a new ParkPass account on the ParkPass App, does the 10% discount apply to my card?

No, the 10% introductory discount applicable when you register a new ParkPass App account is only valid for payment made with the app. Any new accounts on the ParkPass App operate completely separately from your existing ParkPass Card account including any discounts you are eligible for. 

 

I'm an existing ParkPass customer using a ParkPass Card. Can I use the same username, email and password to register a new account on the ParkPass App?

Yes. Your username, email and password can be the same. 

Saver ID FAQs

I have a Saver ID, can I use this in the ParkPass App?

Yes, you can add this at registration or to an existing account. See our user guides for more information.

 

Usage FAQs

Can I use my ParkPass App to pay for parking at the car park where I enjoy my special Saver Deal rate?

Yes, but you must add your SaverID to your app account so your Save Deal is activated and we know to apply any discounts valid when you park.

 

Can I park using a ParkPass App account if I don't have a smartphone?

Yes, this can be done remotely if you don’t have a smartphone with the app. How to do this will depend on what type of car park you want to park at. We’ve three car park types the app operates across:

Barrier Locations

To use the app here customers need to scan the QR code from the app at entry and exit barriers. A screenshot of the QR code from a ParkPass App account can be taken, printed out and given to someone else to use.

Pay and Display locations

To use the app here customers need to select the car park required in the app (with geolocations on, search using the map), and select the amount of time required to park. This can be done remotely for someone if you know that persons parking requirements and vehicle registration number. The app will also send expiry notification to the mobile device, and parking can be extended remotely if required.

AutoPay only locations

To use the app here, customers need to set up an app account, and ensure the vehicle being parked is enabled for AutoPay within the app. That vehicle can then drive in, park and drive out with the driver needing do nothing else. Vehicle recognition and payment are automatic at these car parks.
