Our terms and conditions for our car parks and specific products cover refunds separately. We'll review every refund request individually based on these terms.

Depending on how you paid for your parking you will need to check the terms and conditions for either NCP ParkPass, Pre-book or Season Ticket

If you think you're entitled to a refund or have been incorrectly charged, please fill out this form. The more information you supply, the quicker we will be able to process your case. ParkPass App Maintenance

On Friday 22 January from 20:00, we'll be carrying out some maintenance work on our ParkPass App online customer account portal and our ParkPass App which may take several hours to complete. During this time, some features of your online account and App might not work as expected, so we recommend not logging into your account or using the App if at all possible.

Any live parking sessions within the App could be affected while we’re making changes, so if you experience a problem please contact our Customer Services Team on 0345 050 7080 for assistance. Lines are open 24/7.
