What’s NCP doing about GDPR?

We pride ourselves in looking out for our customers, and the protection of your privacy and how we use your data is no exception. Your personal data is and always has been safe in our hands, and our policies reflect this.

New regulations, in force from 25 May 2018, mean businesses should give you more clarity over how personal data is collected, stored and used, as well as your rights relating to your data. It’s called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

As a result, we’ve further updated our Privacy Policy and this now details exactly how we use your data. For example, you can read about what data we use and how we use it, who we share it with, and how long we hold this data for. You need take no action, but you might like to read over the policy for your peace of mind.

ParkPass App Maintenance

On Friday 22 January from 20:00, we'll be carrying out some maintenance work on our ParkPass App online customer account portal and our ParkPass App which may take several hours to complete. During this time, some features of your online account and App might not work as expected, so we recommend not logging into your account or using the App if at all possible.

Any live parking sessions within the App could be affected while we’re making changes, so if you experience a problem please contact our Customer Services Team on 0345 050 7080 for assistance. Lines are open 24/7.
