What provisions do you have for disabled customers?

We work very closely with Peoples Parking to ensure we are providing the best facilities possible for less mobile customers.

Some of the changes we've made at our car parks to help those with disabilities include:

  • Wider and more accessible bays
  • Moving payment machines to closer and more accessible locations 
  • Enforcing the use of disabled bays by appropriate users only 
  • More guidance signs for disabled users 
  • Increased lighting for higher visibility 
  • Improving entry and exit methods

ParkPass App Maintenance

On Friday 22 January from 20:00, we'll be carrying out some maintenance work on our ParkPass App online customer account portal and our ParkPass App which may take several hours to complete. During this time, some features of your online account and App might not work as expected, so we recommend not logging into your account or using the App if at all possible.

Any live parking sessions within the App could be affected while we’re making changes, so if you experience a problem please contact our Customer Services Team on 0345 050 7080 for assistance. Lines are open 24/7.
